Do I need Microsoft 365?
You need Microsoft desktop Excel for Windows. Supported versions and exact requirements will be published before downloads open. Excel for the web does not run this VSTO add-in.
Does MS CONTROL work offline?
Use without a permanent internet connection is planned, subject to periodic license validations. Their frequency and terms will be communicated before subscriptions are activated.
Can I use it on several computers?
A subscription includes one license for one computer. The future portal will support license transfer once every 30 days; this operation is not available yet.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Subscription management and cancellation will be added to the customer portal. This website does not accept payments or offer subscription purchases yet. Final terms will be published before sales begin.
What happens to my Excel files when my subscription ends?
Your files are not deleted when your subscription ends. Access to MS CONTROL features will depend on an active license and the terms published at launch.
Can I use MS CONTROL on phones or tablets?
The add-in runs in desktop Excel for Windows. This website and the future customer portal will be accessible on phones and tablets; that does not mean the add-in runs on those devices.
